At the forefront of landscape architecture, they transform urban regeneration, public realm, residential and mixed-use, cultural, commercial, and environmental landscapes into dynamic, sustainable, and unforgettable places that inspire communities and shape cities worldwide.

This is an opportunity for a design-focused and technically capable professional who enjoys being involved across the full lifecycle of projects - from early-stage visioning through to delivery on site. The Role

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading projects or key workstreams across all design stages
  • Developing and articulating strong design concepts through a range of visual and technical outputs
  • Producing detailed drawing packages and presentation materials
  • Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Supporting tender processes and overseeing works on site
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members
  • Contributing to a collaborative studio culture and cross-discipline working
  • Playing a part in advancing internal design processes and overall project quality

About You

  • Experience in landscape architecture within consultancy and a relevant degree qualification.
  • Strong design sensibility supported by technical delivery experience
  • Proven ability to take projects through key stages, including planning and construction
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp (Revit beneficial)
  • Confident communicator with experience working alongside clients and consultants
  • Capable of leading workstreams and supporting junior team members

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • Clear opportunities for career progression and professional development
  • Exposure to high-quality, design-driven projects
  • Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working (split between home and studio)
  • A supportive, creative studio environment with an international team
