Job Description
Our client based in Byfleet is seeking a warehouse operative to join their busy team. This role requires someone with a forklift license and available immediately to start.
Duties:
- Unload incoming deliveries safely and efficiently
- Ensure all received goods are stored in the correct locations
- Process and book in delivered purchase orders
- Pick and pack items accurately
- Prepare pallets for dispatch
- Carry out quality checks
- Dispatch goods within agreed lead times
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Experience/Skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Fork truck license
- Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting and carrying.
- Computer literate
- Previous warehouse experience
