To ensure all Service Users have access to external grants and any available funding to support their individual needs to maintain their accommodation. To support residents to keep their current homes, including mediation with landlords, accessing legal support on evictions, addressing anti-social behaviour, identifying high risk groups targeting support towards vulnerable groups such as those fleeing difficulties, leaving prison, hospital or care systems. To ensure that accurate records are kept, documenting the support services provided to their service users onto the Salesforce/Inform system. Ensuring that record keeping meets the requirements of internal and external monitoring of outcomes, assisting with reports and case studies to the fundraising team.
