A global Financial Services organisation are currently seeking a Architecture Manager to join them on a permanent basis in Manchester. The role requires team and people management experience, alongside hands-on Architecture experience, ideally within Financial Services.

£100,000 - £150,000 + Bonus & Benefits Package

Essential Requirements:

• Experience working as a hands-on Architect (Solution, Product or Domain)
• Strong technical capability and experience working with large software teams
• Strong experience in people management and team management
• Experience working as an Architect within embedded teams
• Experience working in Financial Services is desirable
• Experience with cloud architecture, event-driven architecture, or domain-driven design is strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Very strong stakeholder management skills.
