Electrician

Zenith are proud to be partnering with a leading North East manufacturer and supplier as they seek an experienced Electrician to support their nationwide customer base.

Based at the North East Site with regular UK-wide travel, you will play a key role in ensuring customer facilities and equipment remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. You will support refurbishment projects, testing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of both the company s equipment and wider site services.

Job description:

• Acting as a main point of contact for the client on customer sites.
• Performing site work tasks including but not limited to, installation, site test, maintenance, warranty and service either directly or through site services supervisors, site services engineers or sub-contractors.
• Performs or assist in the repair and modifications of equipment at the customers installations across the UK and occasionally abroad.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems.
• Adhering to company policies, Health & Safety Standard and Environmental Standards.
• Carry out and organise testing equipment at site and factory.
• Willingness to work occasional weekend overtime as required.
• Maintains accurate service records, site reports, and documentation for all work undertaken.
• Complies RAMS and site visit surveys.

The person we are looking for:

• Must be a time served Electrician.
• Valid 18th Edition.
• Willing to work nationally with some weekend work when required.
• Must have a full UK Driving License.
• SSSTS preferable but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
• Practical experience working with Site Facilities.
