Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Implementation : Collaborate with senior management to design and execute operational strategies that align with the company's long-term goals, ensuring all departments work cohesively toward organizational objectives. Daily Operations Management: Supervise and monitor day-to-day business activities, ensuring smooth functioning across departments such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Marketing. Resource and Budget Management: Allocate human, financial, and material resources efficiently, oversee budgeting processes, and conduct cost analysis to maximize productivity and profitability. Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate departmental and organizational performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Policy and Process Improvement: Implement, review, and refine organizational policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulations. Leadership and Team Supervision: Provide guidance to senior managers and department heads, inspire teams, delegate tasks appropriately, and foster a high-performance culture.
