Influencer Onboarding & Growth Manager

Surbiton, Surrey (Office-Based) -3-4 days in office

£30K (OTE £50K)

This is not a typical 9-5.

About the Role

My client is a fast growing talent marketing agency. You'll sit at the heart of our growth engine - owning outbound strategy, managing a high-output outreach team, and driving real revenue through the pipeline.

This is part sales leader, part closer-in-training, part growth operator.

You'll:

  • Lead a team of outreach specialists
  • Drive high-volume outbound campaigns across social platforms
  • Turn cold prospects into qualified opportunities
  • Own KPIs, performance, and pipeline momentum
  • Get hands-on in discovery and proposal calls

Perform well, and you won't stay in this role long - you'll move into closing.
