The Role

You will join an established and growing team of specialists, handling a varied and high-quality caseload of contentious probate matters.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong prior experience in this area, you will be trusted to run matters with autonomy while benefiting from the support of highly experienced colleagues.

Your caseload will include:

• Will and inheritance disputes
• Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
• Trust and estate disputes
• Capacity and validity challenges
• Executor and trustee disputes

You will have the opportunity to work on complex, often sensitive matters, developing both your technical expertise and client-handling skills in equal measure.

• 3+ years PQE with strong, hands-on contentious probate experience
• Confident managing cases independently from an early stage
• Strong technical ability and sound commercial judgment
