Job Duties

• Manage project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets, from initiation through completion stages.
• Coordinate cross functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Track project progress while identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain performance.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Support change management processes to ensure the successful adoption of environmental initiatives.
• Conduct post project reviews to capture insights and improve future project delivery practices.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting to support governance and performance tracking.
• Assist with ongoing operational activities within the environmental strategy portfolio as required.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrate experience managing projects from planning through execution within structured frameworks.
• Exhibit strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Show ability to track performance, manage risks, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Possess knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or equivalent frameworks.
