You will also need. Previous experience in Food/FMCG warehousing, distribution and transport Ability to act in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. Experience using WMS and TMS systems. Ability to improve and maintain Health and Safety standards, challenge poor behaviour and achieve best practice. A highly effective communicator with drive and enthusiasm Flexible availability across days/hours (working 5 nights out of 7 rotating)
