Commercial Property Solicitor (1 4 years PQE) - Lincolnshire

A leading top 200 law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing commercial property team. The role involves handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development work, landlord and tenant transactions, and investment matters.

• Deal with a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development, landlord and tenant, investment, and general commercial property work.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Gain exposure to complex, high value commercial property matters.

• 1 4 years post qualified experience (PQE) in commercial property law.
• At least 12 months of experience dealing with all types of commercial property matters.
