Overview
Friday 8am till 6pm & Saturdays on a rota 8am till 1pm. Location: Bristol. Benefits: 22 days holiday, Free eye tests, Free flu vaccination, Company events, Staff Discounts.
Responsibilities
- Arranging Service Department bookings.
- Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
- Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans.
Qualifications
- Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
- Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System experience.
- Previous experience in Upselling.
- Full manual UK Driving License (subject to driver's check).
