HR Adviser - Pay, Employee Benefits & Pensions

Waverley Court

Salary: £30,188 - £34,452

Hours: 36 per week (Monday to Friday)

The role of an HR Adviser is to ensure that HR payroll and pension transactions and enquiries are dealt with compliantly, effectively, and within deadlines whilst delivering an excellent level of HR customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll and pension transactions and enquiries in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Flexible approach and ability to work in a demanding deadline driven environment.
  • Experience of using Oracle system is advantageous but not essential.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
