This is a vital role focused on improving student wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, and engagement. You will help create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where every young person can thrive, both personally and academically. This role is ideal for someone with strong behaviour management skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a genuine passion for supporting young people.

12.07% statutory holiday pay.
