This is a high impact Senior UX Researcher contract where you ll shape the research direction for a full product line or business area. You ll lead discovery, define research strategy, and uncover insights that directly influence product decisions, user experience, and long term vision. You ll also play a key role in supporting and mentoring other researchers, helping strengthen the overall research practice.
This contract is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, strategic influence, and working across complex user ecosystems.
What You ll Bring
- Deep expertise in UX research methods, tools, and best practices.
- Experience designing and leading end to end research programmes.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and align teams around user centred thinking.
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
- Experience working in complex product ecosystems or research heavy environments is a plus.
- A degree in Psychology, HCI, UX, Product Design, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
