Machine Operatives Wanted!

TeamJobs are recruiting Machine Operatives to join a well-established company in Aldershot. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a hands-on role with consistent hours, early finishes on Fridays, and long-term potential.

Hours & Days:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm
• 5-day working week

Pay:

• 12.71 per hour
• Overtime available at enhanced rates

The Role:

• Operating machinery and working with moulds to produce parts
• Carrying out quality checks on finished components
• Manual handling and some heavy lifting involved
• Supporting the production team to meet targets

What We're Looking For:

• Previous machine operating experience is an advantage but not essential
• Reliable and hardworking individuals
• A positive, hands-on approach
