Electrical Supervisor Yeovil £40,000 per annum Are you a hands-on electrical leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, taking ownership of people, production schedules and output quality?
This Electrical Supervisor role offers the opportunity to make a real operational impact within a growing engineering business. As a Electrical Supervisor, you ll take full responsibility for a busy electrical workshop, leading from the front and ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently and on schedule. This is a role for someone who enjoys structure, accountability and driving performance. As a Electrical Supervisor, you will benefit from:

As a Electrical Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the day-to-day running of the electrical workshop, leading by example
  • Planning production activity in line with shipping schedules and tight deadlines
  • Supervising, motivating and performance-managing the electrical team
  • Monitoring consumables, key components and labour requirements
  • Ensuring all work meets quality, safety and compliance standards
  • Reporting production risks and solutions to senior management
As a Electrical Supervisor, your experience will include:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or senior role within an electrical or manufacturing environment
  • The ability to read and interpret electrical schematic and wiring diagrams
  • Background in control panel wiring or similar electrical assembly work
  • Strong organisational skills with a focus on efficiency and output
  • A practical, hands-on approach with confident decision-making ability
