Recruitment: Provide administrative coordination across the recruitment lifecycle, including advert posting, application tracking, interview scheduling, and pre-employment checks, under the guidance of the HR Advisor. Keep an accurate record of all applications. Coordinate interview arrangements in liaison with managers and confirm details with applicants. Ensure all candidates are informed of their application status post-shortlisting. Ensure all necessary information is completed and stored securely on file. On-Boarding: Process of all pre-employment checks Conducting Right-to-work checks. Conducting DBS checks Ensuring all new starter paperwork is complete prior to start dates.
