Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, welcoming visitors in person and handling enquiries via phone and email
- Preparing documents, letters, and general correspondence
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Supporting internal processes, including reviewing and improving policies and procedures
- Assisting across the office with ad hoc administrative support as needed
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
