Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join their team in Guildford. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career within financial services, where you will gain hands on experience and the chance to progress within a supportive business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients, welcoming visitors in person and handling enquiries via phone and email
  • Preparing documents, letters, and general correspondence
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Supporting internal processes, including reviewing and improving policies and procedures
  • Assisting across the office with ad hoc administrative support as needed

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
