What you'll need to succeed Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licenced Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE in residential property. Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process, including title checking and drafting. Previous supervisory or mentoring experience with a collaborative leadership style. Excellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
