Production Operative

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is proud to be supporting a well-established manufacturing client in their search for a Production Operative to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Production Operative looking for a long-term position within a stable and growing food production environment.

The Role
This Production Operative role is based within a food and beverage manufacturing environment, including:

• Producing home brewing kits, including wine, cider, and beer kits
• Measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients such as malt extracts, flavourings, and yeast
• Working on a production line and operating basic production machinery
• Packing and assembling products ready for dispatch
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure production standards are met
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in line with food production standards

What We re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Production Operative, Factory Worker, or Manufacturing Operative
• Experience within food production or similar environments is advantageous
• Reliable, hard-working, and a strong team player
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Looking for a long-term production role

Hours & Pay

• £12.71 per hour
• Monday to Thursday, 07 30 & Friday, 07 30
• Ongoing work with long-term opportunity
