You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing employer relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and supporting organisations with their apprenticeship hiring needs. Key responsibilities include: Building and managing relationships with employers across Digital and Technology sectors Selling apprenticeship recruitment and workforce solutions Identifying new business opportunities and generating revenue growth Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into apprenticeship opportunities Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy brief through to placement Advising employers on apprenticeship funding and talent solutions Achieving and exceeding recruitment and sales targets Developing and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and learner engagement Travelling to Derby once per month for team meetings and collaboration sessions This is a fast-paced and rewarding role ideal for a commercially driven recruiter who thrives on relationship building, sales success, and helping individuals launch successful careers within digital industries. Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in recruitment, business development, or apprenticeship sales Strong knowledge of Digital, Technology, and Data sectors Experience working within apprenticeships, education, training, or workforce development A successful track record of generating new business and achieving targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong candidate sourcing and account management abilities Commercial awareness and a proactive, target-driven mindset The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience recruiting or selling apprenticeship programmes within areas such as Data, IT, Cyber Security, Software Development, AI, or Digital Marketing would be highly advantageous. A willingness to travel to Derby once per month is essential.
