We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Operations Manager to keep our offices, systems, and services running smoothly across the UK. This is a varied and impactful role where your work directly enables frontline teams to deliver life-changing support. About the role: Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operational infrastructure of the organisation, including: Managing office facilities, leases, and contracts across our head office and nine regional sites. Overseeing IT systems and supplier contracts to ensure reliability and security. Leading on contract negotiation and supplier management. Managing a central administration budget. Overseeing our fleet of 80 leased vehicles (with support from a Fleet Administrator). Improving efficiency of our systems, processes, and ways of working.
