General Practice Surveyor

Immediate requirement for a General Practice Surveyor with a Gloucestershire based Local Authority.

450 per day for the right candidate.

3-6 month assignment

Hybrid role

Duties and responsilbities are :

Property Management
Lease renewal/rent review and Landlord and Tenant work
Dealing with Service charges
Acquisitions and Disposals
Easements and Wayleaves
Property valuations
Provide advice and guidance to internal departments and external enquiries.
Ideally have Local Authority experience
