Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for a Client Services Manager to work for an established POS/POP manufacturer based in Leicester
The company is a fast-paced organisation, and are looking for someone that has worked in a similar type of role. They specialise in the supply of POS/POP within the temporary and permanent display industry.
Job Purpose
Your role will involve delivering outstanding customer service through excellent communication and attention to detail, to demanding clients, in a fast paced environment. The role heavily involves internal project management and administration of up to 30 projects at any one time, with an average of 15-20. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing this type of workload.
Pay and Benefits
- Starting Salary is £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (please note, this is a full time office based role!)
- Paid time off during company Christmas shutdown period in addition to your annual holiday entitlement

Job Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to demanding clients through clear communication and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Manage and interpret new client briefs, preparing them for internal review and processing across multiple departments
- Handle multiple client projects simultaneously at different stages, including estimating, development, manufacturing, and dispatch
- Act as the primary point of contact, keeping clients consistently informed on project progress and updates
- Oversee projects across the full lifecycle, from initial brief through to final delivery
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of client requirements
What we need from you
- A background in POS or print is preferable
- The role requires good numerical and written skills.
- Must have experience of managing large clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to manage multiple live projects (average of 15-20)
- This role offers a great opportunity for progression to manage a large global client
- A full clean driving licence is required as a small degree of travelling to site or client meetings will be required
- Be methodical, precise and be able to maintain accurate record systems and report accordingly.
- Be comfortable building and maintaining effective client and internal relationships.
