Location: Barnsley & Penistone (flexible multi site working)

Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor looking for something a bit more hands on, where you can genuinely make your mark?

I'm working with a well regarded, growing firm that's known for delivering high quality legal services to local businesses and individuals. Due to continued growth and success in the local area, they're now looking to bring in a Commercial Property Solicitor to strengthen the team.

This is a great opportunity if you're looking to take ownership of your work, build strong relationships in the local market, and play a key role in developing a commercial property offering.

You'll be managing your own varied caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Acting for both landlords and tenants on commercial leases
• Lease renewals and variations
• Development work
• Option agreements and overage
• Secured lending and property finance
• Portfolio management

You'll have the autonomy to run files from start to finish, with support from colleagues when needed - but without unnecessary micromanagement.

• Qualified Solicitor (open on PQE - it's more about the right person)
• Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach
• Strong client relationship skills
• Experience working with SMEs, developers or lenders would be a bonus
