Our client , a credible and fast-growing business with a £50m turnover, is seeking a Finance Business Partner in Greater Manchester. This is a high-profile role reporting directly into the Head of Finance . The Role As the Finance Business Partner, you will be the commercial "bridge" between finance and the wider business, providing the insight needed to drive operational success. Your key responsibilities will include: Financial Leadership: Serving as the lead financial voice for the operational team, ensuring decisions are grounded in robust data. Commercial Insight: Delivering insight-driven reporting that supports critical contractual and commercial decision-making. Value Creation: Identifying efficiencies and profit improvement opportunities to support both regional and segment-wide growth initiatives. Governance: Ensuring robust financial controls and processes are in place and adhered to across the board. Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining effective relationships with operational stakeholders through high-level collaboration. You To be successful in this role, you will be a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to get stuck into the detail: Qualifications: A Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) with a minimum of 5 years PQE . Experience: Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering role at a senior leadership level, ideally within a complex contract or FM environment. Analytical Prowess: Strong ability to interpret complex issues and implement practical, commercial solutions. Relationship Management: Experience managing both client and supplier relationships within a matrix structure. Credibility: The ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
