You will: Support students within the classroom across a range of subjects Work on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Help manage and positively influence challenging behaviour Build strong, trusting relationships with students, including those with poor attendance Act as a positive role model, promoting confidence, resilience, and a "can-do" attitude Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel valued and understood About You:We are looking for individuals who are: Passionate about sports and using it as a tool to engage young people Positive, resilient, and able to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds Confident supporting students with SEN/SEMH and challenging behaviour Committed to making a real difference in students' lives Essential / Desired Requirements: A sports-related degree or relevant sports qualification (preferred) Experience working with children or young people (through employment, placements, or coaching) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one References covering the last 2 years Why Join Aspire People?We work with a range of supportive schools where personality and experience are highly valued.
