The role
GlobalData Healthcare is seeking a commercially minded and experienced In-House Legal Counsel to lead the legal and governance functions of our high-growth organisation.
This is a critical role providing legal oversight across UK and international operations, ensuring compliance, managing legal risk, and maintaining strong corporate governance across multiple global entities.
You will act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, supporting strategic decision-making while safeguarding the organisation s legal and regulatory position. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a scalable legal function within a growing, globally focused business.
