Worker Type: Hybrid Worker a minimum of 1 office day per week (Subject to a successful probationary period)
Salary: Starting Salary is £40,777 (Level one) rising to £44,075 (Level 4) per annum (pro rata for part-time) (Pay award pending)

About the RoleThis role is part of the Regulation Hub which consists of teams across Housing Licensing, Environmental Health, Taxi and General Licensing and Safer Housing. This role could be supporting any of the teams within the Regulation Hub. The postholder could be line managing up to 25 colleagues, Grades D - F across more than one team and location in the city. Their main responsibilities will be to manage recruitment, induction, supervision, Individual Performance Reviews and on going professional development of team members. To lead in addressing performance issues, including absence management, disciplinary and grievance investigations and capability issues. Leading on digitalisation of the Regulation Hub, developing, monitoring and reviewing business processes and systems to improve service delivery, create efficiencies and adapt to service requirements.
