Their Exeter facility is at the heart of our UK operations, and they are looking for dedicated Production Operatives to join their growing team.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you ll play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring their products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assembling, cutting, and finishing.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Following health & safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We re Looking For

• Previous experience in a production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Reliability and a positive attitude
