The candidate: - Senior experience in management consulting and/or senior in-house strategy roles. - Excellent academic record; MBA or Master's preferred. - Proven leadership in managing complex engagements and influencing senior stakeholders. - Strong analytical, communication and project management skills. - Commercially minded with the ability to identify and grow client opportunities. - Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to travel internationally. - Fluent in English; additional European languages such as French, German, Dutch, Italian or Spanish advantageous. - Industry experience in sectors such as manufacturing, life sciences, or technology is an advantage. The salary: £100,000 to £120,000 per annum with an additional bonus of up to 30%, plus company phone, pension contributions and health insurance.
