Key responsibilities Take ownership of the bridging and development finance underwriting process, delivering high quality and timely lending decisions. Resilient, confident and committed with the ability to engage and form strong relationships with key stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex cases and make confident lending decisions.
