Manage supplier evaluation, approval and ongoing performance, including supplier audits. Oversee calibration and controlled documentation (procedures, work instructions, records), supporting FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) / AS/EN paperwork where applicable. Track and report Quality KPIs; promote a culture of quality and take an active role in Health & Safety. Lead, coach and develop the Quality team; participate in recruitment/interviews for Quality hires. Manage contract review (quality element), customer concessions/permits and customer sign-off activities.
