About the Role:
As a Flexi FLT Driver / Production Operative, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You'll be responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently while keeping safety at the forefront of everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Flexi Forklift Truck (FLT) to transport materials around the production area.
• Assist in the production line with various tasks, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular checks on machinery and equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Flexi FLT license (essential)
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus!
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing demands.

• Flexibility to work ealy & later shifts and occassional weekends
