Job Dimensions: - This is a full-time client facing role working 37hours per week Monday to Friday. - The successful candidate will be expected take part in the on-call emergency rota - The role will report directly to the Maintenance Manager. Key Accountabilities: - Carry out scheduled and ad-hoc property repairs and maintenance to a high standard. - Conduct preventative maintenance and identify areas requiring upgrades or replacements - Provide clear advice and support to tenants on maintenance matters - Undertake a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including:Carpentry, General building work, Basic Plumbing, Painting and decorating, Brickwork and plastering, Roofing and guttering. - Furniture removal and waste disposal (using company van) - Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential issues - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations - Participate in the emergency on-call rota as required - Undertake any other duties as required to support continuous service improvement Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience - Experience in property maintenance or a related trade - Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting and general repairs - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical, plumbing and structural issues - Competency in using hand tools and maintenance equipment - Strong communication skills and a customer focused approach - Full UK driving licence (clean) Behavioural Competencies: - Positive and confident approach to tasks - Reliable, self-motivated, and well organised - Excellent time management and problem-solving skills - Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team - Professional appearance and conduct - Demonstrates strong attention to detail - Takes pride in delivering high-quality work About Us: Lucy Properties is a property owner and lettings & management business within Oxfordshire.
