Play a key role in supporting the transformation of the Finance function following the implementation of the new system, helping establish more automated, data-driven and commercially focused reporting, forecasting and business partnering processes to serve the Commercial and Flex businesses. Hands on maintenance of the financial records of the subsidiary undertakings, including a full understanding of the general corporate structure and accounting systems. Assisting with the production of annual statutory accounts, preparation of full audit working papers and drafting of the statutory accounts for each entity. Liaising with the auditors during the process. Ad hoc project work related to the Commercial property portfolio. The working pattern is 5 days in office, based in Central London.
