The Role
You'll support the day-to-day operation of a high-end residential building, leading from the front to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating a front-of-house team
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Driving high standards across the building
- Supporting events and resident engagement
- Handling customer queries and operational issues
- Supporting compliance, H&S and daily operations
About You
You may currently be working as a:
- Retail Assistant Manager
- Deputy Store Manager
- Store Manager
- Assistant Hotel or Restaurant Manager
You'll be energetic, hands-on, customer-focused and confident leading teams in busy environments.
