We are seeking a proactive and organised Part-Time Finance Assistant to join a busy finance team based in Witney for around 21 hours per week. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day finance operations, ensuring the accurate processing of financial transactions and providing administrative support to both the finance and sales teams. This role is ideal for someone with previous finance or bookkeeping experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and has excellent attention to detail. Key Responsibilities . Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently. . Raise and issue sales invoices. . Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve any discrepancies. . Assist with the preparation of BACS payment runs. . Process employee expense claims and credit card transactions. . Monitor and reconcile financial records as required. .
