Personal Injury Solicitor (Defendant), NQ-3 Years PQE, Birmingham, £55,000+ (DOE) - This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer to join a well-established and experienced team handling a varied caseload alongside fee earners at all levels. JOB REF: 3557THE ROLE: • You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) claims, HAVS / WRULD claims and Asbestos-related injury claims.• You will also assist more senior members of the team with more complex cases.• The role offers exposure to high-quality litigation work, client contact, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive and collaborative environment.SKILLS REQUIRED:• Applications are sought from Personal Injury Solicitors or Legal Executives with up to 3 Years PQE.• Ideally, you will have experience handling or assisting with NIHL, HAVS/WRULD, and/or asbestos-related injury claims, although candidates with broader personal injury litigation experience are also encouraged to apply.• Strong litigation and case management experience• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment. • Experience supporting business development initiatives would be advantageousON OFFER:• Competitive remuneration package• Genuine career progression• Supportive working environmentHOW TO APPLY:To apply contact Penny Trotman at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
