Production Manager - Poole
TeamJobs are recruiting for a Production Manager to join a fast-growing, high-volume operation.

Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 DOE
Hours:
Monday to Friday
Rotational Shifts: 6.00 - 15.00 & 15.00 - 00.00
42.5 hour per week
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams across yard, production, parts and warehouse
Take ownership of shift performance and operational decision-making
Drive output, productivity and labour efficiency in real time
Manage operational flow and remove bottlenecks across multiple areas
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards while optimising productivity
Deliver results across output, efficiency, safety and profitability
Requirements
Proven experience managing large teams in a busy production or manufacturing environment
Track record of delivering output in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
A data-driven leader with strong commercial awareness
Demonstrated success in improving performance and reducing waste
Experience within the following sectors is highly desirable:
Automotive manufacturing or vehicle processing
Recycling / waste management
FMCG or high-speed production
Logistics or distribution at scale
