You will play a key role in ensuring our properties are safe, compliant, well-managed, and provide a positive living environment for residents. Working closely with housing, maintenance, and care teams, you will deliver a high-quality housing management service, supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies while ensuring compliance with housing standards, health and safety requirements, and organisational policies. Investigate and respond to reports of nuisance and anti-social behaviour, taking appropriate action to prevent escalation. Liaise with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure repairs, hazards, cleaning, and environmental issues are resolved promptly. Support the implementation and review of housing policies and procedures, including allocations, transfers, arrears, and ASB processes. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with GDPR and organisational requirements. About You: You will be a resilient and compassionate housing professional with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident working with vulnerable residents, partner agencies, and internal teams. You will be: Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage your own workload effectively. Confident dealing with challenging situations while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Proactive, solution-focused, and committed to improving residents' outcomes. Able to build positive relationships with residents and support them to achieve independence.
