Your new company
Our client is looking for a Sheltered Scheme Manager to cover schemes in Stoke-on-Trent. This position is temporary for 3 months initially.
Your new role
The main purpose of the position is to deliver high quality and effective housing management services to the residents in Sheltered Housing.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing sound advice to residents around housing management issues
- Explaining tenancy conditions
- Tenancy sign-ups
- Carry out viewings
- Encouraging residential engagement
- Keeping all records up to date
