Duties will include, but are not limited to the following: Manage the 'Change Request' process, acting as the first critical checkpoint for new submissions; performing a quality review of content to ensure the form is compliant and articulates the problem and any deadlines clearly; applying judgement on how to address gaps and when to fast-track Facilitate and assist in progressing a Change request through the assessment process.
