Urgently Required
I am urgently seeking an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join a busy housing team on a temporary basis.You'll act as the first point of contact for residents, handling a wide range of enquiries including repairs, rent and housing queries, while delivering a professional and empathetic service.
Key duties:
- Managing inbound calls and emails
- Resolving customer queries at first contact where possible
- Raising and scheduling repairs accurately
- Providing a high-quality, customer-focused service
What we're looking for:- Previous customer service or call centre experience
- Ideally, experience within the housing sector
- Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
The role:- 37 hours per week (rota-based hours)
- Hybrid working (home and office split, flexibility required)
- Temporary opportunity within a supportive team
- Is required on a temporary basis until the end of June 2026
