The role:

- Leading Production, Manufacturing, Stores, Purchasing and Quality
- Driving operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Developing KPIs, reporting frameworks and performance insights
- Enhancing ERP usage to support planning and decision-making
- Supporting expansion projects and operational scalability
- Managing budgets, resources, and cross-functional collaboration
