The role:
You ll take overall responsibility for day-to-day operations, ensuring the business runs smoothly while constantly looking for ways to improve.

Key areas include:

  • Leading Production, Manufacturing, Stores, Purchasing and Quality
  • Driving operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Developing KPIs, reporting frameworks and performance insights
  • Enhancing ERP usage to support planning and decision-making
  • Supporting expansion projects and operational scalability
  • Managing budgets, resources, and cross-functional collaboration

Experience/skills:
