Your new company Based in Wythenshawe, our client, a professional services organisation who have a broad client base are, due continuous year on year success, expanding their Credit Control team further and require a dynamic Credit Controller to join their team (currently a team of 8 with further expansion plans) Your new role Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will join an existing and experienced team where you will be allocated your own ledger and client base. The role is a demanding and fast-paced one where you will be responsible for chasing for payments by means of phone, letter and email to secure revenue and reduce debtor days. Building a rapport with your clients will be the success to your ledger balance and therefore personality, drive and ambition is key. Having worked within a Credit Control role before you will be able to demonstrate negotiation skills and people skills to gain results. Query resolution and a helpful professional manner is required to assist with billing and invoice enquiries which will be part of your remit in this exciting post.
