Contribute to whole school planning, curriculum development and behaviour approaches that reflect our ethos and priorities. Build strong, positive relationships with parents/carers and the wider community, ensuring they are active partners in each child's journey. About you Degree/ QTS or equivalent qualification relevant to sector required. A strong understanding of primary aged learners and how to help them flourish. A genuine commitment to neuro affirming, trauma informed and child centred practice. Knowledge of statutory curriculum requirements, assessment and high quality teaching strategies. The ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet a wide range of developmental and communication needs. A collaborative mindset and the confidence to work closely with our Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Psychotherapy teams.
