Your new role
As a Part-Time Receptionist, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and acting as a first point of contact for clients. Working Monday to Friday, 10:00am-2:00pm. Your duties will include:
Handling inbound phone calls from customersMonitoring and responding to inbound emailsAccurate data input and processing using CRM systemsDiary management and appointment schedulingDispatching technicians and supporting scheduling activitiesDocument handling, filing and general administrationSupporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
No prior industry experience is required
What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will be highly organised with a strong administrative skillset and an adaptable approach to work.You will bring:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)Excellent data input skills with strong attention to detailThe ability to manage a dynamic workload and prioritise effectivelyConfident communication skills, both written and verbalA reliable and proactive mindset
