Reporting directly to the partners and working closely with the Herefordshire Field Manager, Assistant Farm Manager, Blueberry Manager, and wider Farm Management team, you will play a key role in leading harvest operations in a timely, cost-effective, safe, and positive manner. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong people management skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and develop a seasonal workforce while ensuring the highest harvest standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities: As a Plant and Tool Service Engineer / Plant Fitter Your Job Role Would Include: PDI s, Servicing & Repairing Plant Hire Equipment Fit Accessories as Required Work Well Under Pressure Complete Administration Tasks including Service & Repair Records Accurately Present a Professional and Positive Attitude when working on Customer Sites Maintain Health & Safety To HSE & Company Standards Skills: The Ideal Candidate for the Service Engineer / Plant Fitter Role Will Have: Previous Experience in One or More of The Following Roles: Service Engineer; Mobile Service Engineer; Plant Fitter, Mobile Plant Fitter, Mobile Service Engineer, Tool Fitter You Will Need Previous Experience within Tool Hire / Plant Hire / Agricultural and Construction Equipment Industry Analytical Approach To Problem Solving Able to Work Without Instruction Own Tool Kit Basic IT Skills Good Communication Skills, both Verbal & Written Clean Current Driving License Benefits: Within the Role of Service Engineer / Plant Fitter You Would Receive: Permanent Full Time Position Monday - Friday Standard Working Week 23 days Holiday + Bank Holidays Death in Service Benefit Critical Illness Scheme Training & Development Please follow the link to apply
